Our Story

Bear Claw Tech Solutions was built by a family with a heart for service and a practical understanding of how important reliable technology is for small businesses, home offices, and everyday users.

Our story began during military service. We served together for two years, met while serving, started dating, and eventually built a life together. After 10 years of marriage, that same foundation of teamwork, trust, discipline, and commitment continues to shape how we serve our clients today.

While our military background is part of our story, Bear Claw Tech Solutions is about more than military service. We are a family-owned technology support company focused on making tech help feel simple, respectful, and reliable.

Why “Bear Claw”?

The name Bear Claw Tech Solutions carries personal meaning for our family. It reflects strength, protection, resilience, and respect for the Indigenous heritage within our family.

To us, the Bear Claw represents more than a name. It represents the way we want clients to feel when they work with us: protected, supported, and confident that someone trustworthy is helping them through the problem.

With project management experience and a military background supporting high-stress missions, she brings organization, calm decision-making, and mission-focused leadership to Bear Claw Tech Solutions.

Vernon Holmes

Our IT Lead Technician handles hands-on troubleshooting, system repairs, malware cleanup, network issues, printer problems, monthly system checks, and client technical support.

His background includes CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Information Technology bachelor’s degree, and several years supporting hundreds of Liberty Tax franchise offices through Liberty Tax Corporate Technical Support.
